This liability process is specifically designed for off-road race-only products ("this Product") offered by Select Speed Shop. The Product is intended for organized racing events under the jurisdiction of recognized racing organizations. This document outlines the legal and practical responsibilities of purchasing, installing, and using this Product.

User Representations and Obligations

By purchasing this Product, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and responsibilities:

• Intended Use: This Product is exclusively for closed-course and sanctioned open-course racing events. It is not used on public roads, highways, or recreational off-road activities.

• Compliance: The User must ensure that the purchase, installation, and use of this Product comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Select Speed Shop, along with its officers, employees, agents, distributors, and dealers, from any damages, penalties, fines, expenses, or costs that may arise from the improper use of this Product. This includes but is not limited to:

• Legal Violations: Using this Product for non-competition purposes violates federal law and may also violate state or local environmental and motor vehicle laws.

• Warranty Considerations: The use of this Product may void the Vehicle's manufacturer warranty or third-party warranties.

• Safety Risks: Improper use or installation of this Product can render the Vehicle unsafe, potentially causing personal injury, property damage, or death.

Risk Factors

• The installation or use of this Product with incompatible components or without the necessary components may be hazardous.

• Use of this Product may make the Vehicle unsuitable for its intended purpose, risking safety and functionality.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY. Any other uses are contrary to federal law. If the intent is to use this Product for highway driving or non-competition off-road purposes, do not purchase or install this Product. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in legal consequences and safety hazards.

Failure to do so will release Select Speed Shop and associated parties from any liability arising from misuse or improper installation.
