Custom-Built Products
Custom-built products are crafted specifically to meet your unique specifications and needs. Therefore, we do not accept returns on custom-built or fabrication products. We encourage you to double-check all specifications before confirming your order. Parts and Standard Products
While custom-built items are non-returnable, parts and standard products can be returned under the following conditions:
Condition Requirement:
Parts must be in new condition and uninstalled to be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
